Common questions

What homeowners and project teams ask.

When should the electrician become involved?

Ideally during planning, before framing and equipment decisions are final. Early electrical review can identify capacity, routing, lighting, and coordination requirements while changes are still practical.

Can Nord-Ost work with our builder or renovator?

Yes. The electrical scope can be coordinated with the homeowner and the broader project team, including framing, cabinetry, mechanical systems, finishes, and construction sequencing.

Can future EV charging or electrification be considered?

Yes. Planned vehicle charging, heating equipment, appliances, garage power, and other future loads should be discussed when evaluating service and panel capacity.

Can you quote from drawings alone?

Drawings are a useful starting point, but a reliable quotation may also require equipment details, lighting selections, schedule information, and a site or project review.
